Orders will be dispatched 1-2 days before the official release date. This allows most customers to receive their Blu-ray close to release day, although actual delivery timing may vary based on location and postal services.
Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping Information:
Delivery Time: Orders within the UK are generally delivered within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is £4.70 per order. This includes Royal Mail Tracked postage and packaging.
Europe Shipping Information:
Delivery Time: Orders to Europe generally arrive within 5-10 working days after dispatch.
Shipping Cost: Standard shipping to Europe is £11 per order.
From 1 November 2026 the EU charges customs duty, a handling fee and local VAT on all goods arriving from the UK, whatever the value. These are collected by your own postal service before delivery and are not included in our price — expect roughly €20 on a £30 order. If you would rather we quote an all-in price with duties included, email hello@otherparties.co.uk before you order and we will sort it out.
United States Shipping Information:
Delivery Time: Orders to the US generally arrive within 7-14 working days after dispatch.
Shipping Cost: Standard shipping to the US is £14 per order, sent tracked. Please note that any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Everywhere Else:
If your country is not listed at checkout, email hello@otherparties.co.uk before you order and we will quote postage and send you a payment link.
Returns and Cancellations:
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order up until the item has been dispatched.
Returns: If your Blu-ray arrives damaged, please contact us for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
